The three treasures of mankind

In order to provide the basis for a healthy, balanced and vital life, we always train the three treasures of man, namely jing (body), chi (life energy) and shen (mind), at Shaolin Wahnam.

There are exercises that target just one of these three aspects, such as pure meditation, as well as exercises and sequences that comprise all three.

These three aspects are never viewed in isolation, because only in unison do they make up the “three treasures of mankind“, as they are also called in Chinese.

Taking a holistic approach and applying this in exercises is the deciding criteria of whether the true Shaolin arts are being taught, or whether the name is merely being used.
